Along with the pace of city modernization,the environmental problem has become increasingly prominent,The haze weather has gradually become the "normalization",people now pay more and more attention to the environmental issues.In the winter,how the central heating in North City of our country can achieve energy efficient operation,also has become a major problem.Based on the background of Shijiazhuang Shang'an power plant in the southwest urban heating area heating network and the actual peak heat source heating project,a more detailed analysis of how the temperature and pressure of two side of the pipe is regulated automatically in the heating system in heat exchange station.This paper designed the control system of the first heat transfer station based on PLC,which contains both software and hardware design as well as programming and simulation for the temperature control procedures of heating system.Because the heating network operation control,uncertain?nonlinear and strong coupling,etc.Conventional PID control to meet heating water temperature control requirements.Therefore,this paper adopts the fuzzy PID algorithm for heat ex-changer,the simulation model by using fuzzy inference control of PID parameters,and online.The Matlab software to control algorithm is studied,the simulation results show that the controller is small overshoots and better stability.This subject opened a new research direction for urban heating network monitoring operation,Now the heat transfer station system has been installation debugged completely and runs stably,which has reached design heating requirements.
