Study Of The H.323 In The Vowlan

With the rapid development of IP-based network, especially Internet that Vowlan will exceed the traditional voice service has become an inevitable trend. Most of the services over network will transfer from the traditional voice service to Vowlan . So the Vowlan will affect deeply the development of telecommunication and network tomorrow, bringing new challenge and opportunity.Now, ITU-I' s recommendation H.323 is widely accepted and adopted by IP telephone as standard . This paper mainly develops the implementation of PC-TO-PC voice terminal software based on OpenH.323 protocol. It includes some core technologies as signaling, network transmission controlling, voice real-time collecting and playing, voice encoding, decoding and disposing. In this paper H.323 Recommendation was analyzed and discussed and accomplish the blueprint of based on OpenH.323 was developed .In the work, I completed a part of hardware designing, studied OpenH.323, and implemented the communication between points and others points in H.323 system.
