Research Of PCB Examination System Based On The Machine Vision

With the improvement of production technology, the printed circuit board (PCB) becomes more and more important in the electronics industry. But the complex PCB manufacture craft makes the quality check work become more difficult. The traditional examination method can not satisfy the production′s needs already. The study on the automatic vision examination of PCB flaw is popular in the PCB examination, which is based on the computer and the image processing technology The thesis analyses the state of the PCB examination technology in the world, the structure of the inspection system of PCB and the character. The thesis studies on the choice of some equipment at the same time. This thesis introduces the theory of machine vision and several kinds of image processing method, expands the traditional Kalman theory and brings forward the templates match method based on the planar Kalman theory. The experimental result indicates the effect is good.
