| In this paper the high input voltagte high frequency dc convertor with high power is studied.High voltage stress of the switch bringed by high input voltage and realizing soft switching must be solved in this convertor.To realize soft switching of all switches, the theory of the topology of PS Full-Bridge Zero-Voltage-Switching PWM dc converter with auxiliary net is studied in detail and the different way of designing parameter as the switch is IGBT and MOSFET are presented .The circuit simulation has been done on the requiring technology index.The topology commendably solves the problem of soft switching .The result of simulation verified the duty loss is comparatively less.But this topology can't solve the problem of the high voltage stress bringed by the high input voltage, in order to solve this problem,three-level full bridge dc convertor topology with auxiliary net is presented ,this topology commendably solves the problem of high voltage strength in the swich bringed by high input voltage.Because the auxiliary net is introduced , the soft switching required on high frequency and high power dc converter must be realized ,while the duty-cycle loss is less,but the shortage of this topology is that the number of switch is too big ,and this topology is too complex and more requirement on the control circuit is presented .Which topology will be used is based on the further experiment.If the topology of PS Full-Bridge Zero-Voltage-Switching PWM dc converter with auxiliary net can require the voltage stress,the topology can be used .Otherwise ZVS PWM full-bridge three-level voltage dc convertor topology can be used. |
