In recent years, embedded system has been used in many fields such as industry,agriculture, education, national defense, scientific research and daily life. Thecombination of the embedded system, the technology of data collection oftemperature and fuzzy control leads to a task to develop a control system, which hasfunction of the data collecting, processing, storing and displaying. It can also benetworked easily and of low cost. The research has an important meaning and a brightprospect of being used widely.The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of integrated environmental controlsystem based on the 32-bit microprocessor S3C44B0X. Aiming at satisfactorycontrolling effects, the article put forward: taking uclinux as OS and MiniGUI as theuniversal display platform, with fuzzy control method. The main contents can beoutlined as follows:A detailed review of current researches both at home and abroad is made bythoroughly analyzing many articles and the principle of environmental test equipmentis made clear. Then, the scheme of measurement and control of temperature isdetermined.Then we introduce embedded operation system, especially on uClinux, which isdesigned for embedded processor without MMU. In this chapter customization ofuClinux has been realized.After that we make a detailed analysis on MiniGUI considering our developmentenvironment, and discuss the researching and development work when portingMiniGUI to uClinux.Finally, it describe the flow chart of software and user interface. In the design ofgraphic user interface, we choose MiniGUI-Lite as run-time mode and realize it. Bothtouch panel and font support are explained particularly.With the enhancing of the request for the control of temperature, the applicationof temperature controller of high capability and good extension are about to be widerand wider.
