After introducing this method into domestic enterprises, it decreases fault rate obviously, which shows the rationality of this method. Nowadays, with the development of computer and network, many enterprises set up the information system of spot-inspection management based on Internet, which not only convenient for sharing resource, but also improve the level of modern management.Spot-inspection management is one part of equipment management. It's an enterprise management software which program the manual managing work of industrial enterprise's equipment by database technology to deal with every spot-inspection managing work by computer. The system is easy for equipment spot-inspection, sharing resource, and improve efficiency and veracity of spot-inspection. By setting up equipment spot-inspection management system based on state-monitoring, equipment manager can check the state information through internet, establish and amend the spot-inspection plan according the state information and the result of spot-inspection. With this system, we can save and analyze the spot-inspection result, realize resource sharing. Other managers can see the spot-inspection information by internet. The system of Spot-inspection management is a new way to manage the spot-inspection work, a technological guarantee to ensure the quality of product and prolong the longevity of equipment, and an important step to improve the level of management.In the background of the corporative key project (Intelligent Monitoring System for Large Scale Automatic Continuous Steel Rolling Mills) in Guangzhou between zhujiang iron and steel Ltd.Co.(ZIS) and Guangdong University of Technology, I studied the spot-inspection management system of steel rolling production line equipment based on the state-monitoring. Firstly, the paper analyzes steel rolling line's working condition and the problems of equipment spot-inspection management in order to confirm the significance of setting up spot-inspection managing systemSecondly, I studied the relationship of state-monitoring and equipment spot-inspection, and discuss the way to establish and amend the plan of spot-inspection by using the information of state-monitoring system. In the fifth chapter, I use two mathematical and statistical methods to realize the periods of faults and compare two methods according to the actual application. Finally, I explain the process of achieving system. At last, the author summarizes the importance of study in this paper, and point out the problems which needed to improve. |
