| With the fast development of RFID, more application studies are needed urgently. There are two main items in this dissertation, they are micro-strip line coupler equivalent lumped-elements study and RFID transceiver receiver architecture system level design study. System perspectives, that taking into account all of the behaviors of a system as a whole in the context of its environment, is studied theoretically with the help of ADS system level simulation tools. The dissertation also referred to the micro-strip line coupler equivalent lumped-elements which is used for the isolation between the receiver and transmitter of the RFID transceiver. This dissertation begins with an overview of RFID system, the elements of tags and readers are simply introduced besides. Then the micro-strip line coupler equivalent lumped-element is introduced, the simulation results are figured and listed to show the efficiency of the equivalent. Finally the system level design of RFID reader is expended in the dissertation, after system level simulation we can get the conclusion that the intermediate-frequency design is available in RFID receiver. After cautiously frequency plan, we can get a better selectivity to overcome adjacent channel interference between readers. |
