Up to now, monitor and configuration software, MES software and ERP/MRPII software are made of complement information system in refinery chemical, it can help the enterprise from plan to scheduling and produce process run in order. In produce of the enterprise, monitor and configuration software not only can achieve data collection and data transferring from bottom to top, but also can achieve controlling and management from top to bottom. It is base of enterprise information integration.The background of this paper is the development of the UnitInfor software in refinery chemical manufacturing plants information integration system. In this paper, by reference design method of monitor and configuration software, we mainly studied the technologies such as real-time data collection, data storage, data communication and graphic interface in order to meet the requirement in real-time and reliability.First, we analyze the feasibility of windows 2000 for this system. And the design and implementation of the software based windows 2000 is proposed. We conclude that implementation may satisfy the requirement in real-time and reliability.Second, this paper mainly illustrates the design of the software's unitary structure and network structure, the design of its configuration modules and their interrelation. We design three logical structure of the software, real-time data communication and collection, data and storage, data application, thus, it meet the requirement in universal utilization and good flexibility and reliability. In the configuration software of Unitlnfor, process real-time and historic database and man input database are designed in order to ensure the real time of data acquisition and data process, and ensure the data complement. By open interface of the system, other information system can share the data in database.Last, by using the OPC technology and the related database technique, we accomplished the development of the software in refinery chemical manufacturing plants information integration system, which consists of the real-time and historic database configuration, graphics configuration, real-time data and historic curve, LIMS data query, report configuration and so on. In this paper, we study the detailed technologies in development of the software based on windows2000.Now, the software is used in refinery chemical manufacturing plants. At the same time, it attains good effects. It is self-evident that the software is practical and effective.
