| In a multisensor environment, each sensor processes its own measurements to form local tracks and then transmits them over a data link to a fusion center. An important problem in fusion center is how to decide whether two tracks coming from different sensor represent the same target. In VTS (Vessel Traffic Service) system, the transmission and display of radar original video signal is very important. At present, the radar signal is transmitted and recorded mainly in analog form, which has many obvious shortcomings. So the appearance of AlS(automatic identification system)is a great reformation in VTS. The fusion of AIS information and radar information makes the target information more perfect and more reliable, and also helps to set up an intelligent and wide.area VTS system and shipping safety information system. So this thesis mainly had a study on the fusion of AIS information and radar information.Basic working principle and mode are discussed. According to the development for multisensor information fusion, main methods to data fusion are analyzed. Track association and data fusion are not only the key technologies in the radar information system, but also the important in processing radar information on multi.source. The arithmetic in the three parts of data processing was described, and then these algorithms were simulated. At last, analysis to the usability and the validity were made. |
