The Image Enhancement Technology Based On DSP/ARM

Image enhancement is one essential technique of the digital image processing techniques.It is an important link in the image processing system;moreover, its result has direct relationswith the high-level process and relations with understand of the image.This paper uses the DSP to realize the real time system of median filtering imageenhancement based on analyze and summarize model and techniques in existence. It uses theLaplacian arithmetic to realize the image sharpening of the image enhancement, and uses theDSP realize it.The method based on the wavelet of enhancement , it has good antinoise ability andbetter result of image enhancement than other conventional image enhancement. But thewavelet result is floating point numbers, for the infection of the computer limited word length,it can not effective reonstruct the signal, and it difficult to realize hardware.In order to solve the problem for the wavelet, use the lifting wavelet. It has simpleconfiguration,lower operation quantity,original bit operation etc. It uses the part informationof the image to get over the disadvantages that is must adopt the same scale transform forevery image, and gets the more image enhancement purpose for the part information.Based on the emulation, this paper set up the implant emulation plat, uses the high speedoperation ability of DSP and the strongly control and communication of ARM, to meet thereal time dynamic emulation of image enhancement, realizes the real time manage process ofthe image enhancement, then makes for a implant emulation plat for the real time dynamicsystem.
