| Since the control network appeared, there have been several primary industrial control networks such as DCS, Fieldbus, and Industrial Ethernet. With the development of the industrial control network, Industrial Ethernet become the trend of the industrial control network because of its the opening, transparent communication protocol.The remote monitor system is an important application field of Industrial Ethernet. If instrument have the function of TCP/IP protocol, these field devices could communicate to the information network and make it possible to integrate the control network and the information network. So field data could be monitored at anytime and anywhere by the Client in the workstation.The thesis firstly introduces the research background, the research present situation and the research meaning. Then, author introduces the solution about remote monitor system in details and illustrate the important device—the embedded controller, which is linked to the Ethernet-based control system. After the system design finished, author illustrates how to implement the hardware and software of the embedded controller. The structure of the embedded controller, the selection of the core chip , the interface module for intelligent instrument and applications procedure are given in details. Also analyzed TCP/IP protocol stack.Finally, the thesis put forward a security strategy for resolving security of the system;Make a simulative test to the system software;Performance analyses of the system is given, the result of the analyses show that the reflection time of the system arrives to ms level. These satisfy the remote monitor system in real time demand. |
