Design And Realization Of Handheld Device Of Human Recource Management

With quick development of Information Technology, especially internet popularization and 3C (computer, communication, consumer) systemization development, the coming of Digital Age is declared. Embedded facilities are mainly product in Digital Age. Countries all over the world are involved in competition of this field so as to obtain leading position. Embedded Linux as a pet of embedded system software becomes one of the digital product kernels because of its advantage of open source.The development trends of handheld embedded device today are integrative and multifunctional. And this kind of integration can make device more useful. Integration of wireless network, database, and WEB technology will have a very wide useful future.This paper discusses how to implement the integration and multifunction of GPRS, WEB, and database management on the platform of Sitsang. The data placed at the server can be visited and managed or be downloaded by the device through GPRS network. And the process of development of handheld device of human resource management is discussed.This paper begins with the transplanting the embedded Linux operation system and embedded Qt and Qtopia software platform to Sitsang evaluation board. Then the structure of handheld device of human recourse management and the different functional modules are designed. At last GPRS network, WEB, and application of human resource management are implemented. It has reference significance and practical value for the engineers who are studying the application of embedded system under embedded Linux operation system.
