With the development of computer network and automation technology in our country, data collection has bid farewell to the manual collection stage, replaced by intelligent data acquisition system.As the communication technology progress,the wireless way become the development direction. Wireless transmission solved the problem of the area, climate, environmental issues caused by wiring, greatly improving the network resource utilization.Address the needs of the users,the system based on SamSung’ S3C2440A ARM9 processor and the Linux operating system, GPRS wireless data acquisition system was designed, which can be used temperature,pressure and other signal acquisition, and then the data was sent by GPRS and Internet network to the remote monitoring center. The remote monitoring center will storage and process the data.The paper completed the main work as follows:In order to tackle the problem that current remote data acquisition system sent data using regular way, a new method made a pre-processing data based on QtE. Pre-analysis the A/D conversion data using QtE and sent the suspicious data by need, avoiding the traditional remote data acquisition system sends data on time caused consuming.On the hardware side, select the embedded processor S3C2440 as the main control unit and MG323 mode sends data; On the software side, use the embedded operating system Linux and design the A/D conversion program. The data pre-processing procedures and curve analysis were added based on the traditional data acquisition. Finally, the collected data was transmited based on the TCP/IP protocol. The results show that:the data pre-processing can greatly reduce the flow, saving resources.
