The thesis begins from investigating and studying the supplying-grass system of the straw-checkerboard barriers paving robot of the 863 projects. As calculating all the parameters of the supplying-grass system, the definite coefficient of friction between straw and iron, straw and rubber is found to be the key of the research. However, there is no experimental result to be referenced at home and abroad. Thus the aim of the thesis is to draw the coefficient of friction between straw and iron, straw and rubber, and the theoretical research and experimental methods are carried out on the friction between straw and iron, straw and rubber and experimental datum are analyzed by using multi-analysis method in order to validate the feasibility of the friction theory and experimental methods between straw and iron, straw and rubber friction.The thesis mainly concerns several aspects as the following:First of all, the supplying-grass system of the straw-checkerboard barriers paving robot is investigated and analyzed. Through investigating and analyzing all the parameters of the supplying-grass system, the coefficient of friction between straw and iron, straw and rubber is verified to be the key factor of supplying-grass system.Secondly, the friction mechanism between straw and iron, straw and rubber is studied. Through analyzing lots of the actual problems and comparing the classical Kulun law and model friction mechanism, the paper draws the friction mechanism between straw and iron, straw and rubber that offer theoretical bases for the following friction method.Finally, the measuring method of friction factor between straw and iron, straw and rubber is studied. The measuring method of automation and the improved traditional measuring method are designed to analyze different experimental datum of the two methods in fixed quantity through the SPSS software. By comparing, the measuring method of automation is superior to the improved traditional one.The paper introduces the friction experiment between straw and iron, straw and rubber in details and draws the coefficient of friction that will be referenced by the further researchers. At the same time, the slowly adding load system and broken power pause system of the friction test will be referenced to establish friction test set of other materials'.
