In the friction belt drive,the friction coefficient of the belt drive is not only a crucial parameter to measure the work of the friction drive belt,but also relates to the basic function of the friction belt-power transmission.Measuring the friction coefficient accurately is capable to help users choose a reasonable type of friction belt,thereby prolonging the service life of the friction belt.Also,it has crucial reference value for the production enterprises to design more reasonable product structure and set parameters.For the measurement of belt drive friction coefficient,the thesis designs a belt drive friction coefficient measurement system based on STM32F103RBT6 single-chip microcomputer based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign measurement methods and test systems,it has the characteristics of low cost,easy expansion,stable performance,etc.,which fully meets the friction coefficient test requirements of friction transmission belts,and the obtained friction coefficient can be displayed in real time in the form of a graph;according to the relevant standards and the requirements of belt transmission friction coefficient measurement,the overall system plan is designed;the system can use both the pulley rotation method and the belt movement method to measure the belt transmission friction coefficient;and according to the control requirements of the measurement system,the overall scheme design of the control system.On the basis of completing the overall scheme design,firstly,the dynamic simulation software Recur Dyn is used to model and simulate the friction belt transmission process,and the related graphs obtained are analyzed.It is found that the initial transmission of the friction belt is due to insufficient belts and pulleys.For meshing,the measured friction coefficient is unstable.You should wait for the system to run smoothly before collecting the tension data;secondly,complete the software design of the upper computer and the lower computer on the self-developed hardware system;finally,the design is completed The actual belt drive friction coefficient measurement is carried out on the system to verify the stability of the system operation and the accuracy of the measurement.During the test,the6 PK V-ribbed belt was selected for multiple measurement experiments of the friction coefficient,and the test range of the measured friction coefficient was 0~2.After many experiments,it is shown that the system fully meets the expected design indicators and the requirements of relevant national standards,can display the measurement results in real time,and can realize the functions of storing the measurement data and printing the final results.
