Development Of Fieldbus-based Intelligent Electric-actuator

Industrial processes automatic control system is composed of transmitter,controller,actuator and controlled plant。Among them the actuator is essential, it is a terminal component of the automatic control system, it has influence greatly on the safe operation,reliability and control quality of the automatic control system. However, the actuator is the most weak links in the automatic control system, it is"bottleneck"in the present automatic control system.In recent years, our country has introduced the many kinds of types actuator from others developed country, they use the plan and the realization method is various, has the characteristic respectively, improved the actuator quality generally, has expanded the actuator function. However, these products all have not the entirely as desired place, the reliability, the stability high, the sensitivity and the precision are not easy to do high; Sensitivity and precision high, its reliable bad somewhat. Moreover, the overseas product core technology---actuator servo controller technology does not transfer, its price stays at a high level. Therefore, the development of the intelligence actuator has the independent property right becomes urgent.On the other hand, with the development of modern communication and computer technology, the control technology has already come into a new stage----fieldbus stage. At present the electronic actuator that industrial production is widely used fall far from requirement of fieldbus devices, for this reason, this thesis developed Fieldbus-based intelligent electric-actuator. It carries out the function which the traditional electric-actuator can't carry out.This thesis discusses the current situation,existing problem and development trend of the electric-actuator in the current domestic; accomplishs the hardware choice and software devise for Fieldbus-based intelligent electric-actuator; investigates and applies Foundation Fieldbus technique, achieves the takecommunications to intelligent electric-actuator; makes the intelligent electric-actuator become a field devices which have the functions of network and communication in the filed-bus control system, and offers the beneficial thinking for the intelligent electric-actuator which accorded with the filed-bus in the future.
