| Equipments are the important material technical basis of enterprise manufacture activity. In the modern manufacture, the function of the advanced equipment seems more and more important. Along with the advancement of the technology, the enterprise's demand and reliance to the modern equipment is obvious, especially in some chemical and metallurgy industry which base on flow product line. In those enterprises, once the failure of the equipment cannot be resolved immediately, the loss will be large. So it is very important to manage the equipments in strict way in the flow enterprises.This paper proposes three kinds of key technics to enhancc the equipment maintenance and servicing management in the flow enterprise after investigating the characteristics and actuality of the equipment maintenance and servicing management in the flow enterprise. And then the equipment maintenance and servicing information management system is built. The main research contents of this paper are as following:(1) Analyze the characteristics and actuality about the equipment maintenance and servicing management in the flow enterprise.(2) Propose some kinds of key technics to enhance the equipment maintenance and servicing management in the flow enterprise. Suggest to classify the equipments in the flow enterprise into two kinds of equipments (common equipment and key equipment) by using the method: ABC taxonomy. And then empower the equipment maintenance and servicing management in the flow enterprise by using these techinics on the key equipments. The three key technics including how to build the equipment failure repository, how to carry on the equipment failure statistical analysis and how to manage the key equipment in a visual way.(3) Build the equipment maintenance and servicing information management system in the flow enterprise according to the key technics which is proposed in this paper. |
