| Fault information management is one important part of equipment (?)operative service system. There are a variety of business processes and a great quantity of information in the large complex equipment fault information management, and traditional management method has been not able to meet the needs of the development of support service in manufacturing enterprise. Therefore, it is very necessary that the fault information management system on bases of computer information technology is developed to manage the fault information and business information in the enterprise support service, and will show its importance.After the basis of investigation into fault information management of 4 typical domestic enterprises the existent problems of the fault information management were analyzed and the system function model and information model were set up. Then on the basis of system function and information models, the system structure was designed and the component warehouse was set up.The key problems which are involved in the development of the fault information management system were studied. The existent business handling method was analyzed, and business process optimization was done. The procedure-oriented computer business handling system was set up by introducing the workflow idea. And the method of flow restructure and the component-based development were studied, and the solution to the quick customization of complex equipment fault information management was put forward.At last, the business flow and user interface which coincide with the customer demand was designed after restructuring the basal business flow in accordance with one enterprise specific need. Thereby, the fault information system was customized for this enterprise.This system has been used successfully in one enterprise and praised by the users. |
