A Brief Research On Legal System Reports In China Of New Time

Since the founding of new China, great progresses have been made in the construction of legal system of China. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party, it developed in an accelerating speed, which resulted in the corresponding development of a new sort of reporting, Legal system reporting. Up to now, while the newspapers about legal system are varied and competitive, with all of the integrated newspapers taking special room for the legal system column to satisfy the readers. Scholars and experts have researched a lot in this field, but it seemed like that most of them concentrated themselves on legal system news. In my opinion, that is just one part of legal system reporting. It is urgent to enhance the research of legal system reporting. Therefore, the thesis finds its responsibility to construct an embryonic framework for legal system reporting in China of new time.The thesis is composed of five parts. Part one introduces the reports of legal system and the related concepts. With comparing legal system reports to the politics reports and social news, the character of legal system reporting will be stressed.In the second part, there is the course of Chinese legal system reporting on which the focus is the introduction of two typical professional newspapers.
