| The accumulation fund system of ZPEB oil-field has founded more than ten years. Meanwhile, with the accumulation fund policy improving and deepening, the pattern and method of the accumulation fund management in Zhong yuan oil-field also make modulations.At the same time, the software used in accumulation fund management was developed again. We once developed three sets of management system in all, but many serious shortcomings still exists. So we will realize two purposes in the project: firstly, to enhance the efficiency and management of our company; Secondly, to improve the design method, enhancing the security, maintenance and the period of the lifeThe paper includes five chapters as follows:Chapterâ… : Introduction. This chapter is the important basis to realize the first objective of this design. According to the demand analysis and the specification of the software engineering, this part makes general and detailed design in Object Oriented design method and modularized design principal.
