Reconfigurable technology based on FPGA using the reconfigurable characteristic of FPGA can sequentially complete different time-discrete logic functions by time division multiplex the logic resource of FPGA. System based on this technology not only has the facile to design and easy to update advantages of generic MPU system, but also has the high speed and excellent performance characteristics of ASIC system.Based on the analysis of international implement approach and research status of reconfigurable technology, this paper design a reconfigurable system based on FPGA controlled by CPLD. FLASH memory stores download bitstreams of different logic functions, CPLD controls the recongfigurable process of system, and FPGA realizes different logic functions. The main research contains the hardware design of reconfigurable system, the Verilog HDL program design of asynchronous receiver module, FLASH memory read-write controller module, FPGA reconfiguration controller module, ADC sampling controller module and E~2PROM memory read-write controller module. Using the reconfigurable system based on FPGA controlled by CPLD in the reconfigurable implementation of BP train Network and BP implement Network of Artificial Nerual Network.The experiment shows the design plan of reconfigurable system based on FPGA controlled by CPLD is correct and doable, and it can be used to realize many logic functions by reconfigurable approach and the system has good practicability and extensive adaptability.
