The platform system ,which by way of ground movement tenaclous tracking satellite, has been possessed huge market outlook. It has been cccupied by numerous of manufacturers in high-tech market for the moment. The motion carriers such as the automobile, trains ,war vessels , the plane and so on,are in flux by their position and azimuth, if want kepting satellitic message and taking over satellitic signal, must adopt the platform system of tenaclous tracking satellite antenna. This platform system adopts azimuth- pitching mould to realize the stabilization of antenna,By using QRS(horizon HZI-90-100A) to form closed loop control mould. This system has been developed many experiments, the result has been proved to be better and better. This paper firstly introduces the design and realize of general planning. adopted the method electromechanical products's meansbuilding block design, from functional modularity of system population, each functional module has been analysed and designed in detail. At the same time the collectivity arrangement of controls, gross structure and work flow has been expounded for implementation of systems. Secondly control system modeling has been analysed and controlling parameter has been designed. Azimuth, elevation servo and horizon's mathematical model has been differentiated and emulated, PID control parameter has been amended. Thirdly the application of horizon at this control system has been researched. The zero creep and other error source has been analysed. Thereafter disposal and error compensation about horizon has been lodged, demonstrated the feasibility by practical application.
