With the development of network computing environment technology, people can access data at any time from any location. It is possible because of the combination of rapid development and increasing grown-up mobile communication technology and computer technology and mobile computer. In the mobile computing, database is operated by large and weak function computers through wireless communication channel. It is formed mobile database, which is a new hierarchy structure. Mobile database is mainly composed of some pacing technologies: mobile transaction processing technology, mobile query optimization technology, copy and cache technology.One of the most important missions of transaction processing is maintaining the data consistency. The wide differences between mobile computing environment and static distributed computing environment make the traditional technology for this mission not suitable. Some more work needs to be done in this direction in order to accommodate the restrictions imposed by mobile environment.The problems of data consistency of mobile database are solved based on the research of copy and cache technology.
