With the application of several new services, the very limited wireless resource is particularly precious, and just for this reason, Radio Resource Management (RRM) has been put on a great importance. Essentially speaking, Radio Resource Management is a group of optimum algorithms, in which coordinated working helps the overall performance of system improve so much.Because mobile communication system is a structure of cell, handover is a necessary process of user equipment when it comes to the verge of cellular. Whether the performance of the handover algorithm is good or bad directly decides the performance of drop rate in system.
