Design And Implementation Of Xin Fang And Archives Management System Based On B/S

The total purpose of the paper is found a XinFang and archives information management system which is easy to management and maintenance, safe, and convenient.The system will become the information center of XinFang department of government and provide instant and realistic information to the each related section of government. Thus the XinFang department work efficiency and the function of supervision on country construction will be enhanced . For this purpose the system adopts ways and tools of soft-project to analyze and handle the archives and letters of XinFang department . By adopting the . NET technique the system will research and achieve the following some contents.(1) The system provides a wide platform which popularizes the XinFang knowledge for government section. Any person can browse related knowledge and institution of XinFang by registering a website only.The system provides two methods to report to authority through internet:signature or anonymity . Accordingly, the system provides two methods to issue the handled result:open or private.(2) By handling various letter online based the institution of XinFang department, the work efficiency of government agency can be enhanced.(3) Recording,modifying, classifying, inquiring, and borrowing those reported information, which come from internet,letter,visitor, can carried out. Meanwhile, the system can manage the archives database and the related government organization.(4) The paper discuss the security about system and put forward a solution about safe problem of e-government based on B/S, and the solution can also be applied in other section in e-government.
