Research On Archives Security Governance Of Archives Service Organizations In Fujian Province

As the product of the development of China’s social economy and archives,archives service organizations have been serving all kinds of state organs,enterprises and public institutions and the public after nearly 30 years’ development.Part of the service content involves state secrets and business secret information.It is not only an important method for archives service organizations to maintain their own development,but also an important part of building our country’s archival security governance system.Based on a survey of archives service organizations and their archives security governance,using Collaborative-governance theory and Self-governance theory,we found that in Fujian province there are some problems existing in its archival safety governance work.The governance effect of the existing mechanism is low;Archives service organizations’ interior safety governance works need to strengthen;The archival service demand market has limited ability to guide and restrain archival security work.And the main reason for these problems is that the relevant laws and regulations governance system is not perfect;There are defects in existing archival security governance model;The internal problems of archives service organizations.It is necessary to accelerate the improvement of the system of archives laws to solve the problems of archives safety governance;Construct the archives security cooperative governance mode;Strengthen the internal governance mechanism of archives service organizations;Regulate market guidance and strengthen industry self-discipline in Fujian Province.
