| In this paper, a boiler control system based on industrial control computer and transducer is designed according to the 5# 35t/h Industrial chain boiler of FENG HUA Power Company, studies automatic control techniques of boiler's drum water level and boiler's combustion, as well as puts forward a realizing scheme based on computer control system.This control system is composed of IPC610 industrial control computer of AdvanTECH,PCL-813 multifunctional DAC(Data Acquisition Card),pc-6323 D/A card of ZhongTai,transducer and control panel. Monitoring software adopts Kingview6.5 edition configuration software. This paper introduces the composing, function,debugging steps and actual effect of the computer control system in detail.Boiler control system is composed of drum water level control system,stem pressure control system,hearth negative pressure control system and combustion economical control system. Maintaining drum water level in the set range is necessary condition of ensuring boiler's safety running and main index of boiler's running. FENGHUA Power Company is the exclusive supplying heat company in the HeLin Industrial exploitation region of Hohhot, it's main user is MengNiu Group. |
