The Research And Development Of Component Project Management Information System

With the developing of project management, the project management concepts become prevalence. Since the 90's in 20th century, with the unprecedented expansion of the scope of the project management application, almost all the businesses and organizations are using the project management. Project management has become a powerful tool for achieving organizational strategic goals. The application of project management in practice also promotes the research and application of the project management information systems. 21st century is the era of making many projects. If it says that project management and utilization level determines a country's and region's and enterprise's competitiveness and creativity, then the use of project management information system in the project management process is the decision factor of project implementation efficiency and project success or defeat. Project management information system has played a very important role in the current project management.In this topic I study the component project management information system, and it is a revolution and leap of the development means and application efficiency of project management information system. Using component to build system is the current front and pop development means. If use it, the information system development cycle can be shortened, and information system can be recycled.In the thesis I have studied many instances of domestic and foreign component and project management information system, summed up the three facts basic theory of component and project management and information system. And on this basis I have proposed the double-mode model of component project management information system to be designed. In the thesis I have designed the various subsystems and component functions of component project management information system which is in the nine major project management body of knowledge model, and which has been restructured in the four major process of project management model, at last two models are integrated into a complete system.
