With the development of science and technology and competition of market, there are more and more technique rebuild and new project in enterprise, so project management is becoming more and more important in enterprise management. In order to improve project management, building project management information system in enterprise is a very necessary and effective means.Under the background of some aluminum enterprise information construct and the project management information system of ERP for the enterprise as the research aim. This paper mainly analysis and discuss the construction of this project management information system. In order to solve the engineering project department problem of this enterprise, it provides a very good plan and it also has practical value and research significance.First, this paper discusses domestic and overseas condition of project management and project. Then it compares several popular methods in information system development. It puts forward the method, which suits this aluminum industry company project management information system, it is object-oriented method.According to the system of function demand, security demand, extended demand and integration demand. The paper introduces the analysis of the whole system.According to the organizational structure analysis of the project management department; the paper analyzes the system service flow. On the base of the system analysis, it introduces the designation of the system. which mainly includes the designation of principle, structure, movement environment and the secure, and so on.Finally the paper takes the electric factory extension project management information system as an example. And it puts the system's mainly modules. Then it puts forward optimized model and realization method which includes the progress module, the quality module and the cost module. Then it carries out the optimized model which includes flow chart and the coding of C++. Finally it uses this extension project to take the actual case, and proves that this model is the most superior.
