Research And Application Of CRM Based On Refactorable Platform

The industrialization of software leads to emergence of software components. It is a goal, for which most developers strive, to assemble application system with software components like hardware. The emergence of software components, which satisfied requirements of many application fields, is a revolution for traditional development. The technique of software reuse makes it possible to develop application system, quickly, low cost, efficiently and quality.The refactorable software development platform is the most important component in reuse techniques. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) makes business operation automatized and better. We studied the technique of H-Customer Relationship Management system based on software development platform, and research works as follows:The architecture of refactorable software development platform, the mechanism of Service Engine and Entity Engine, and the application of MVC (Model-View-Controller) are studied in this thesis. We studied the process of implement about the data layer, the logic business layer and the presentation layer. The importance of CRM in information management was analyzed. CRM was developed based on the platform and the architecture of system was built. We paid more attentions on the ideas of model in presentation layer, configuration files and the mechanism of login. We not only finished all the operation flow design, but optimize some of them as well.
