In order to seize opportunity and develop quickly, Laiwu Steel project construction adopted the fast development modal of the super routine, making decision, design, construction, and put into production at the same time. For solving the communication exchange quickly between all parties and controlling the project construction cost during the significant construction, 'the research and applications of the construction cost management system' was developed.The construction cost involves the information of equipment, information of constructional material, information of erection and installation, investment information of project and so on. The construction cost involves several departments of equipment, material, design, budget, engineering and so on.
