Batch reactor is a very important vessel in chemistry industry produce, the reaction mechanism in it is complicated. Because of multiple controlled objects and big time-variant, non-linear, time-delay, at present, lots of batch production also use manus or half automation operation, the level of the automation is very lower.The paper is based on the batch reactor of the industry equipment advanced control system emphases lab of Dalian University of Technology of Liaoning province, and design a computer monitoring system. Monitoring system has three layers: field instrument layer, hypogynous-machine control station and host operation station. The locale instrument layer and hypogynous-machine control station, which include Siemens S7-300 PLC and field control instrument, is to accomplish data collection and field control. The host operation station, which is made up of IPC, RSview32 configure software and data base, is used to monitor information of the whole producing system. This monitoring system has good HMI, simple and convenient operation, and easy to be extended, it also has better stability and reliability. It not only reflects industry control parameter, but also provides realization platform for different control arithmetic. The whole monitoring system communicates with industry Ethernet to share information.On the control arithmetic, mainly discussed batch reactor temperature control policy, general analysis batch reactor temperature's characteristic and control difficulty. The paper references to a lot of literature, and use fuzzy control to batch reactor temperature control theory study and project design. Combine proportion control, PID control and fuzzy control, bring forward a intelligent complex control scheme, and give the detailed design. Simulate the combine control and PID control with matlab, and then apply this controller to the batch reactor temperature control, and get the perfect control effect.The experiments show that the control system operates steadily and have high functional reliability, and that the algorithm doesn't need the accurate mathematical model of the object and have good flexibility, operational capability and high robustness. At the same time, this control method has the good reference value to other object of big delay, variable parameter.
