The Fieldbus technology is the hotspot in the development of automatic technology nowadays. It has so many characteristics such as complete decentralization, pure digital, intelligence, full duplex, interconnect, multivariable, multi-knots and multi-stations that it is widely used in communications among field-meters, control system and control room. Concerning the request of the dry method cement production technics and process control, The scheme expounded the construction which can be used in JiangXi JinXi New Cement Factory based on the Fieldbus.According to the control desiring of the dry method cement roduction technics, The control strategy is seri-grade adjusting control and fuzzy control and whose basal control arithmetic is digital PID adjusting adoped by cement factory. And in the project we can find a three-grade control frame who can realizing the auto control on raw material broking, crude stuff mixing, fuel preparing and processed stuff baking. The DCS system based on fieldbus is composed of SIEMENS S7-300 series,configuration software WinCC6.0, etc. and it can realize the auto control, the manual control, local control and concentrate control. The surveillance and control software with good Chinese interface and easy operating methods is programmed by WinCC6.0 and is provided with dynamic watching function of local processing datum, pigeonholing function of past datum, alarming function on abnormal signal, directing function of local operation and control function of production process.With the development of fieldbus technology and intelligent equipments technology, the designed control system can be easily changed into a whole actual Fieldbus control system(FCS). The system is transplantable and expandable, so it has prodigious practical value.
