| Combined with the computer technology, communication technology, sensor technology, automatic control techniques and human computer interaction techniques, the integrated supervision and control system of structure test has developed to be an intelligent supervision and control system. Considering the characteristic of structure test, computer technology applied in the integrated data acquisition system of structure test becomes an investigating hotspot in this field.In this paper, the current state of system of structure test were briefly introduced and analyzed. The definition, composition and function of data acquisition system were also explained systematically. A new manner of local data acquisition system based on real time data acquisition was developed based on the analysis of laggard data acquisition system of structure test. The design of software and hardware and implement of function of data acquisition system used for structure test, including the design of hardware structure, analysis of the characteristics and function of hardware and detailed analysis of data acquisition cards were studied intensively. Visual basic 6.0 was employed to program procedure and to develop the software of structure test system. To aim at feature of system of structure test, the total design and diagram of the software system were designed and the kernel procedure and functions were discussed in detail. The developed data acquisition system was tested and evaluated by running on structure test equipments in key lab of structure engineering of Jiangsu province.The experimental results show that the developed system has friendly interface and perfect functions. It is convenient for operation. The system can fulfill the supervision and local data acquisition effectively and it is helpful for researchers in analyzing the structure test data exactly. The system presented in this paper will has wide applications in the future. |
