| Local based equipment condition monitoring system is so close relatively that troubles diagnosed and maintained are limited by manpower, technology and region. this paper analyze the vibration monitoring mechanism and technology of vibration system. discussing mechanical signal character and remote distribution's common method. Developing a set of mechanical vibration test system including data acquisition and remote publishing based on LabVIEW platform and data socket technology. Solving data acquisition and multi-users share data within different platform are solved. The following three aspects are mainly studied content and make the main conclusion.Firstly based on virtual instrument technology, binding to gearbox of fault characteristics and vibration signal analysis method, developed unified user interface and test system analysis module with dynamic characteristics,interaction characteristics, high efficiency under LabVIEW platform.Secondly under windows compile environment, it compiles and form dynamic link library, so it could access the hardware port easily, while implementation multithread operation, mapping each call and saving memory unit.Thirdly by means of internet, the combination of equipment condition monitoring technology and computer technology. it has developed opening remote condition monitoring platform. and provide a new kind of method of information resource share in different areas.Mechanical equipment status monitoring and fault diagnosis is a long and constantly reinforced work. In this paper, some new researches were preceded and some useful conclusions were obtained, but real-time monitoring still remains a lot of work to do in some field. |
