Research On The Spokesman System Of Chinese Government

Recently years, spokesman has played an important role in Chinese polity. Until the end of 2005, Spokesman system including three level has been instituted around 27 provinces and city autonomous regions. The spokesman system ensures the citizens' right to information and marks the change of national political communicating strategy. The bureau holds news conferences to publicize policies and relevant information which closely impact the local people's lives. Though some area and departments make progress, spokesman system and news releasing system of Chinese government still stand at the first step. The paper intend to analysis the origin and developing process of spokesman. By quantitative analysis, author puts forward a rationalization proposal on the idea, measures provided for by law, rules and regulations of spokesman system, then suggests the standard of press conference. At the end of the thesis, author probes into some particular theoretical questions, and tries to bring up creative viewpoint.The research on Spokesman system is a synthetical study, involving journalism, mass communication science, social science, political science, law and other branch of learning, so this thesis combine the results of any subject of study.
