A Mixed Tor Anonymous Communication System Scheme

With the rapid popularization of the Internet, users'security and privacy are getting more and more attention. In many network applications such as anonymous electronic voting, offence report, E-commerce, E-administration, the concealment of the users'identities and corresponding information is very important. However the conventional encryption technology can only ensure the secrecy of the correspondence content itself. The attacker can intercept IP packets and analyse the header of them, then obtain the IP addresses of the sender and receiver, thus deduce the identities of the correspondent. Anonymous communication is the technology which studies how to hide the identities of the sender and receiver or the communication relationship between them.Tor anonymous communication system is the most popular anonymous communication scheme. Its most important property is low communication latency, but which also brings security risks. This paper proposes a mixed Tor anonymous communication scheme, it effectively mixes Tor with Crowds anonymous communication system, makes use of each excellence sufficiently, and obviates the security problems, thus it is an efficient and safe anonymous communication scheme.
