Research Of Motion Control System Used In Cop Shaping Up By Convolution Of Spinning Frame

Spinning is the last working procedure of resultant yarn process. It is spinning thick yarn to thin yarn and convoluting it on cops for weave manufacture. The quality of convolution has highly important influence on the quality and finished product rate of cops. At present the cop shaping up process of domestic spinning frames is mainly controlled by mechanical shaping up railway, but this mechanical control mode has insurmountable disadvantages such as the strike and halt of railway, the low quality of cops, the easy break of yarn and the heavy work of labours. It results in that the capability of domestic spinning frames is much lower than overseas. So it has great meaning to reconstruct the cop shaping up framework of domestic spinning frames.This dissertation brings forword a reconstruction project of cop shaping up framework that adopting electrical control mode to replace traditional mechanical control mode and designing a motion control system to adopt numerical control method to control the process of cop shaping up.
