Horizontal directional drilling is one of the most vigorous new non-excavation construction technology. It has a lot of merits such as accurate orientation, environment-friendly, high efficiency, safe, fast construction speed, long crossing distance and depth. It can be used to build or renew a wide range of pipelines such as oil-gas pipeline, water supplying or drainage pipeline, heating pipeline, power and cables, telecommunication cables. It has played a significant role in the West-East Gas Transportation pipeline project.With the rapid development of the horizontal directional drilling technology, so come the higher demand for horizontal directional drilling accessory equipment and construction management. However, the imported giant or medium-sized directional drilling equipment and the domestically-developed small directional drilling equipment, though equipped with orientation control system and construction information display instrument necessary for the construction, do not have the construction data acquisition system. The construction management on giant or medium-sized directional drilling have still got a long way to go.This thesis concentrates on the R&D of convenient construction data acquisition system with simple and quick man-machine interface which can greatly improve construction management. The system can acquire all kinds of horizontal directional drilling construction data, including parameters such as drilling shaft torque, drilling thrust, reacting force, mud flow, etc. Data real-time display and technical analysis will be performed and functions such as chart display, report print, overload warning and historical data storage will be finished.The R&D of horizontal directional drilling construction data acquisition system... |
