In the spatial optical communication system, The Acquisition, the Pointing, the Tracking of the spatial light beam named APT (Acquisition, Pointing and Tacking).APT is one item extremely essential and important technology. Regarding the APT system, there have two essential technologies; one is the fastest and the high probability acquisition. The second is the high tendency and the high accurate pointing and tracking.The high accurate pointing and tracking process need the real-time facular image detection. The most important two parameters of the facular image detection are the signal-to-noise ratio and the detection precision. The system must work in the low signal-to-noise ratio and the high detection precision and examine the faculae's center. In the wind tracking split-ring examination, the process of the facular detecting must have the short acquisition time. In the thin tracking, the process of the facular examination must detect the faculae's center and then export the quantity of the deviating of the target under the low signal-to-noise ratio and the high examination precision.Therefore, in many kinds method of subdivision and localization discover the algorithm with the low signal-to-noise ratio and the high examination precision in center seeking is this paper research content. Through analyze, use the with threshold value shape algorithm in this system the tracking, finally realizes the main module function on FPGA.
