Underground Pipelines is the important part of basal establishment with which the cities and big industry factories work normally. To manage them dynamic and informationalized has material meaning to the Underground Pipelines' running without accident.As a result of the AutoCAD's extensive usage, the DWG file became the virtual industry standard. Many end-users want Underground Pipelines Information System(UPIS) working with AutoCAD. In this thesis, All kind of technology and technique for AutoCAD's second developing was discussed. And the technology using ObjectARX was confirmed.In this thesis, the technology using ObjectARX with Object Oriented Programming(OOP) for AutoCAD's second developing was one subject . And the UPIS' designing and implement was another .At first, All kind of technology and technique for AutoCAD's second developing was introduced. And then , the technology using ObjectARX with Object Oriented Programming(OOP) was expatiated. Then, the tools used in ObjectARX with Object Oriented Programming(OOP) for AutoCAD's second developing was discussed. The developing environment and its configuration was discussed too. Finally, the UPIS' designing and implement was explained in detail。.
