Better performances of hydraulic system are needed in the production process which leads to high demand to design of system. It is highly necessary to study the system's modeling and analyze the dynamic characteristics and variations of the parameters of hydraulic system, in order to guarantee the high control precision, improve the response characteristic.In the process of modeling for the hydraulic control system, the precise mathematic model cannot be developed with conventional Mechanism Analysis Method because of the non-linear factors of the hydraulic servo system which still have not been solved well. Generally, the input and output data of system can be observed which include dynamic characteristic of the process. Therefore, the mathematic model can be developed with system identification method.In the paper, the modeling of valve-controlled motor module of experimental facility was lucubrated. First, the model of valve-controlled motor module was analyzed with Mechanism Analysis Method, then the non-parameter and parameter model of hydraulic system were identified on the basis of well-designed experiment which was implemented.Firstly, the experimental identification study was carried out with impulse response method, and then the impulse response and step response curves were established with correlation analysis which has good noiseproof feature, and the comparison was made between the output of model and observation with computer simulation in the process of non-parameter model identification. In the process of parameter model identification, the structure and order of the model were identified firstly, then the ARX and ARMAX models were identified, and the possibility of order-reducing was analyzed. The identified model was tested by the analysis for resids of the model.In last part of the paper, the intelligent control analysis was studied based on integration Separation PID control and fuzzy control, the simulation was made in MATLAB to relevant control method.
