As a result of the network involvement in the network control system, a series of questions is inevitable. For limited bandwidth, pocket lost rate in internet, heterogeneity and delay of networks, real-time and veracity is specially vital significance to network control system information transmission. The experience is summarized based on the reference of real-time information transmission methods of inside and outside, Design a real-time information transmission plan which can apply to network control system after consider the encoding, transmission, the decoding restores.Firstly, in order to fulfill the request of real-time information transmission, a new quality of service (QoS) multicast routing algorithm based on asynchronous pattern particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is proposed. It contains delay, delay jitter, bandwidth, packet loss and the least cost constraints. Network topology graph and fitness function are generated and designed first; and restricted network model is put forward and PSO maximize fitness function is used to get the optimized Steiner tree. Simulation results show that the algorithm gives the better operation effect and the faster speed of convergence with compare to genetic algorithm and synchronous pattern PSO algorithm.Secondly, When find error code or lost-packet in decoding end, must send RR package immediately to server, carry on the software optimization to RTP, cause to the adjustment code parameter in the code end dynamically and real-time dynamic change of network.Finally, optimize the MPEG-4 method about the video information code, enhance the picture quality; This article design one kind of simple, effective data encoding method about the control information code. It can make the more precise control command according to the real-time scene video, and carries onthe transmission。Compare with the traditional real-time information transmission project, this project is based on existing network condition and consideration reliability and low delay, it can improve real-time and accuracy of transmission information obviously. The project is a characteristic new plan to realize intelligence transmission of network control system.
