| From the year of 1985, the Daqing Oil Field began organizing personnel and other resources to input, review and proofread the computerized prospecting materials for establishing and perfecting a database management system on the basis of CNPC's united structural basic prospecting database. So far, all the data of oil/gas prospecting activities in Daqing including data production, processing, explanation, transfer, combination, review and storage have been managed effectively. After 18 years of establishment and maintenance, 9 categories and 60 spreadsheets covering the seism and silo data since 1959 have been stored and been being added and enhanced on yearly basis.And, in order to increase value and performance as well as strengthen competitiveness, on basis of the database, the Daqing Oil Field also has been using contemporary advanced information technology to build new application environment for providing production, research and decision making support to geology engineers and physical geographer.According to the actual requirements of managing the data more effectively, considering the frequent needs of adjusting data structure and coding, the normal programming methodology cannot meet the timely work demands for program amendments. Hence, the Oil Field Authority put forward the designing ideology of intelligent system,building parameter initialization function and data dictionary managing module for the system. By using this intelligent system, when an request of changing data structure and coding is raised,we only need to set a new parameter initialization as well as alter data dictionary and coding for achieving on-site DBF spreadsheet import/export ,data editing, fuzzy combination query, fuzzy data pick-up, data graphing, statement printing and security management function without replacing system program.The system software runs with C/S mode on Oracle 8i for SUN Solaris UNIX and Windows platforms,using TCP/IP protocol. And, the system software can support large database such as SQL Server, Sybase and DB2. The whole system consists of system certification module, system parameter management module, user hierarchy management module, data dictionary management, data coding management, data import, data editing, data query, data statistics and data graphing modules. |
