| For a long time,the software outsourcing industry for Japan mainly undertakes the detailed design and coding test of downstream projects of Japanese customers.After nearly 20 years of development,domestic companies undertaking outsourcing business have obtained the recognition and trust of customers and established a long-term and solid cooperative relationship during the long-term cooperation with Japanese customers,and gradually to undertake some upstream engineering work.At present,most of the software outsourcing projects to Japan adopt waterfall development mode,and the quality of work results of upstream projects has a great impact on subsequent projects.Due to the lack of work experience in upstream projects,domestic contractors have low effectiveness of quality assurance measures in project planning and implementation,leading to the continuous occurrence of project quality problems.Based on the theory of software project quality management,this thesis analyzes and studies the quality management process of P software outsourcing project of H Company,identifies the existing problems in project quality management and puts forward corresponding improvement plans.Firstly,based on the theory of software project quality management,the organizational structure,project management process and quality management process of H company and P project are sorted out and introduced.Then,the quality data collected during the implementation of P project are quantitatively analyzed by using the problem analysis tools and methods commonly used in project quality management,and the main quality problems of the project are summarized.Then,with the model of influencing factors of software quality as the framework,an in-depth analysis was conducted from the aspects of organization,technology and process.It was found that the lack of quality assurance organization,the lack of technical ability of project members to meet the needs and the lack of necessary process support were the main causes of quality problems in the process of project P quality management.Next,combining the theory of organization design and project human resource management theory,by setting the quality assurance organization,to improve the quality of project management capability,planning and design technical capability assessment and the lifting scheme,ensure technical ability to achieve the project requirements,import project management information system is proposed at the same time,to support the project management process,ensure project quality to provide confidence;Finally,corresponding safeguard measures are put forward for the improvement program to ensure that the improvement program can be carried out effectively,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the quality management ability of the project.By studying the quality management problems of P project,this thesis finds that in project quality management,through the coordinated management,control and improvement of organization,technology and process,the project quality management ability is ultimately improved and the project quality objectives are achieved.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for other software outsourcing project management including upstream design engineering. |
