| The Engineering of distribute System indoor in mobile communication is an important part of the mobile network optimization, for it can increase the quality of conversation. While in China, many enterprises involved are lack of effective performance management system, which result in a poor performance in their engineering and development.Since 1980's, Business Performance Management(BPM) system, a strategic management tool which based on some advanced information technologies such as Balanced Score Card(BSC) and Key Process Indication (KPI) ,was accepted by many enterprises both here and abroad .As a Strategic support platform and effective method for management, BPM system can help the enterprise to find the key factors of its future development, integrate the detached action of the departments and individuals, and monitor the situation in executing the stratagem. Though some good BPM system, which derived from the related theories and instance abroad,have been formed in some corporations in China,a similar system for enterprise in Engineering of distribute System indoor, has not been mentioned yet.In this thesis, for network optimization in mobile communication, Fishbone map is introduced, involving methods in system analysis, to analyze the impact that the performance management bring to the designation, implementation and maintain of the engineering, and show the optimization to the member performance management can monitor the entire network optimization. There is also a performance management process for Engineering of distribute System indoor, using some tools including Balanced Score Card(BSC) , Key Process Indication and 360 degree Feedback, it is designed and used in practice to demonstrate the importance of the performance management in engineering. Furthermore, the performance management is proved to be helpful in other engineering system,it is a meaningful tools for whole field of engineering. |
