| This paper mainly introduces the modern quality control system of ISO9000 serial standards, focus on the problems how to approach to the integration and perfection of the ISO9000 serial standards in the optoelectronic enterprise by utilizing the information technology, design and establish the practical quality control system oriented to the optoelectronic industry, so that the management thought of ISO9000 serial standards can be carried out in the production process of enterprise easily. The system records and analyzes the quality information, such as the quality information of materials, production process, productions. The staff can know about the quality status after analyzing the information immediately, and the staff can figure out the factors of quality problems and the key point of processes with the tools of control charts, then they can make out the corrective or preventive measures factors to improve the quality of production and market competition capacity.The major work is as follow:1. At first the purpose and meaning of this project are discussed, the importance of quality management research is presented. The trend of the domestic and overseas research of theory and application about quality control, especially the modern quality control system of ISO9000 serial standards, are analyzed.2. This paper focuses on the study of the optoelectronic industry, the characteristics of quality management are generalized, this paper expatiates the feasibility to carry out the ISO9000 quality control information system in the optoelectronic enterprise.3. With the process thought of ISO9000, introduced the basic principle of statistical process control, especially the control charts technology including its design principle, sorts , distinguish rules in different conditions and how to use control charts in quality management system.4. Designed the quality control information system, figured out the principle and way of design, produced the concrete system function architecture drawing, and conducted the research to database technology, then set up the quality management system by C++ Builder language and SQL Server database.5. Finally, the conclusion and the developing trend are put forward. |
