Based On C / S Mode Of Iso9000 Quality System Certification Management System Design And Development

With the rapid evolution of economic globalization procedure, China's membership in the WTO has obliged it to require all enterprises to be run under the ISO9000 quality management standard system as well as meet the demands of both the ISO environment management system and OHSAS18000 employment health and safety management system. The aim of this research project is to help the enterprises build their own quality system network which combines the above three management systems with computer database and network technologies. This kind of network system can help the enterprises pass authentication of the above three management systems successfully and can also help enterprises implement internal management automatization and standardization to improve their products and service quality, which will increase their competitive ability in both interior and overseas markets.First of all, this paper has introduced some basic concepts concerning with the researching subject, they are concepts of system authentication, functions of MIS for enterprise information, generic development methods of MIS, characters of C/S mode, etc. Second this paper has analyzed the function mode and information mode of the system, discussed the design in the security aspect for the system, concluded the special features of this system and the key technologies it has used, including general application of the system, design of interface, application of complicated controls, OLE technology, query technology and form output, it has put emphases on the thoughts of design and key points of realization. Finally, this paper has described function tree of each module, analyzed the main interface and function realization.The enterprise quality authentication management system which has been expounded in the paper has perfect functions; it includes 3 sub-systems and 8 modules. It has good features of self-adaption andextension. It has strong query and search ability and certain warning ability. It also has diversified applicable report forms output function.The system has been running in several enterprises, it has gained a good appraisement, achieved the planning target and laid the foundation for the enterprise to realize the comprehensive CAQ.
