With the third generation mobile communication technology spreading widely, more and more Internet criminal problems will also arise, so content-based supervision would become a blind point in the network administration domain. The implementation of CDMA2000 mobile network supervision will fill the blank field in the supervision side of the mobile Internet. The work in this thesis is the important part of Hi-Tech research and Development Program of China and implemented by the author's lab-Research Center of Network Security Lab, Southeast University. The main work in this thesis is as below.1) This thesis introduces the project background and research meaning with domestic and foreign relative technology status, design the architecture of mobile Internet supervision system, and then firstly apply it in the CDMA2000 mobile network.2) Due to the IXP2400 is the 2nd generation network processor which have the capability of Gbit level processing, so this thesis take this high technology to independately implement the pre-positive system of mobile Internet supervision system, it could provide a strong support for satisfying the requirement of supervision system and trace the source of sensitive information.3) This thesis researches the IXP24000 software design framework and summaries some important points for software development. Based on those research, we design the pre-positive system architecture and implement it in the both control panel and data processing panel. In the micro-engine, some key algorithms and data structures in HDLC frames reassemble and ordering functions are desgined for improving the system performance. The pre-positive system's standard line rate test is also performed in the simulation CDMA packet network system, and then this thesis evaluates the test result and makes some improvements. The test results indicate that our device function correctly in the above environment with the line rate performance, and this pre-positive system can satisfy the requirements of the whole mobile Internet supervision system.4) In addition, current commercial PDSN device of CDMA2000 using the IXP2400 tehcnology, so this pre-positive system gets a smooth porting property and have a brilliant way to the industrialization.
