Design Of Multi-functions Opto-electrical Synthetic Experimental Instrument

This paper introduces a kind of multi-functions opto-electrical synthetic experimental instrument. It has optics, mechanism, electronics, computer science characteristics base on the instrument designed. It provides a solution, which replaces single model experiment instrument with multi-functions one.Multi-functions opto-electrical synthetic experimental instrument includes computer system, optical experiment platform, measurement devices platform, electrical circuit experiment platform, signal source, multi-channels synchronized oscilloscope system, client-side software.This instrument can do these experiments: modern optics experiment, analog and digital electrical technology experiment, opto-electrical technology experiment and so on.The main works of this project are listed as following:1,The experience system of Opto-Electrical device's time delaying characteristics has been designed and implemented .2,The experience system of Opto-Electrical device's Volt-ampere characteristics has been designed and implemented .3,The signal of driving and acquisition in synchronization has been designed and implemented.4,The data acquisition system based on USB controller by using CYPRESS CY7C68013 chip has been built up. This system include: hardware circuit; USB firmware; software driver; application software.5,Programming application software under the operating system of WIN2000 and client-side software.
